Refund Policy

 

Return Policy:

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange or Store Credit  within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

All Sale Items are considered final and can not be returned or exchanged.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

 

Incorrect or Defective Item:

If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please contact customer service by email at justgobarefootnj@gmail.com

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Just go Barefoot. We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
